Hi John, my message box is half full I dont like to delete messages as I have not yet learnt how to copy them into folders as I also use different pc's as you know. Is it possible to increase the size or tell me how to keep them safe.

Does not checking the boxes & clicking "saved marked" work? or does that still count as space used?

Probably the best thing to do is to create either a hotmail or gmail account and use that to store things.
