Published Judgments

Is it possible to have a section that builds a sort of library of the judgments that are being published. ie, breast feeding, assessment centers, sexual abuse cases, neglect etc. even though each case is different the points of law quoted are very helpful.

It is possible but i believe the judgements are crown copyright so they would need to be posted in link form with a good summary & title.

Being crown copyright it would not be wise to copy & paste them in full.

I wouldn't worry that much, but the link is a better way of doing it anyway.

Can I add to escapes request?

Can we have a board to record links to judgements - with no comments allowed, just a simple one-shot add?

I'd like to add a few, including a link to the ECHR P,C&S ruling from 2002. At present they are normally notified on the "General" 'board but have to be specifically searched-for after a few days.

I usually put them under campaigning but they get lost amongst all the other items there.
