Please could someone spell out clearly for me the aims and objectives of JFF and this forum?

I think I have lost my understanding of it all

I think it may have been set up to give the JFF volunteers access to all the information from each other to help advise people correctly.

I tend to look at this place as an educational tool, others as a place of assistance.

It's a place to share knowledge.
