My suggestion to anyone (usually the Guy) entering the family law court arena is DON'T! If you can't resolve matters between you and a former partner, you sure as hell won't in court at a time of hightened tension you will find the solicitors charging £200 per hour and a barrister costing £2000 for a court appearence, what possible incentive do they have to resolve this early or satisfactory when they can bankrupt the Guy and plunder the legal aid purse indefinately for Mum!
Before even reading anyone of the threads below I bet this answers most of the enquiries made here! 8)

iam glade i dont have that porbelm but still fighting s s is just as tuff i think
in diff ways mindyou is there a youtube vid on how to do a appeal form step by step guilde?
