Has anyone done one yet ?

The High Court are sending me out the forms , so I can issue in Brum. But I haven't yet done one , though I've done most applications we can use.

Any advice ?

Sorry no advice but I would like to know what a Ward of Court is and how it can be used?

Can for instance relatives use it to get children out of care?

I'm not sure but I think a ward of court is when the Court has parental responsibility for the child. I personally wouldn't give the courts parental responsibility of a pet budgie let alone a child.

No. Its a good idea as the High Court has credibilty, the lower courts do not.

We are issuing in Brum - we get McFarlane there regularly. He knows me and trusts me to behave impeccably as a Mc F. Therefore I get automatic rights of audience with him now.

Basically no. But it does mean that the family law issues get dealt with by the HC. It is s little used option but a good one as the HC arena is better than dealing with corrupt Judges and Mages in the lower court.

Can the High Court share PR with the parents and LA if the child is in care?

I don't know. The ieda is not to get to the care order stage by circumventing the SS and the lower court process. I am assuming that if the parents share PR then the HC can still get a share of PR if it wishes and can see the benefit to the child.
