Peavey's Sunday night challenge

Not an easy one though.

I'm after a single instance (for the next revision of Dramatis') -with accompanying URL, recording when a leading feminist in the UK or US has expressed any opposition, concern or even minor irritation with any of the following two subjects;

* The Family Court system in either the US or UK

* The use of MSBP/FII allegations against families or single women.

The "leading" term can apply to any politician except Harman with her concerns about the Secret Courts years ago and Margaret Hodge, or any academic or journalist or columnist or campaigner. A speech, article, book or interview will suffice, inside the last two decades.

Such people must exist; I've found a French academic who has written about the use of a false MSBP allegation against a lesbian single woman.

What about the recent paper from Dr Lynne Wrennall ?

Wrongful diagnosis of brain tumour versus witch hunt of MSBP for the parents.
Medical negligence versus MSBP

I don't believe Lynne is a particular "feminist" academic; certainly I've not seen any of her papers published in the feminist press. Nor do her courses in Liverpool have a feminist slant-more geared to young people in general I think.

I could be wrong; I think she lurks on the boards sometimes so she might tell us herself.
