There was a piece in our council news about the capacity to stand trial.

Any info about the capacity to stand trial and instruct legal representation would be very helpful, more so if it comes from Avenger's area and about 70 mile radius.

Umm FA, interesting comment, but I am nearer to you that I was last night...... and closer to LFJ as well........
