Because I had a bad up bringing and had really bad postnatal depression my bby girl was taken off me and placed in a concurrent foster placement I have done evry thing they have thrown at me but they r still recommending that my daughter gets adopted. Their 'reasons' for recommending this are in contact when the assessment was taking place they prevented me from taking my daughter out and because she was advanced for her age and so inquisitive she sometimes got bored and started getting fed up. Also as she was my first and she was taken when she was six months as time went on I found it hard to always recognise her cues 8/10 times i could but because soetimes I missed the point where she was tired and she got over tired and refused to go down for a nap I am a bad mother. Please I am trying to get an argument together for court and need some help and advice.[color=#FF0000][/color]

Krusty, they will twist everything. You're not bad, but if they want to adopt your daughter, then that's a game they play.
Don't ever doubt yourself, as that's what they want from you.

Concurrent planning means that they are deliberately stopping your daughter bonding with you, in order to make it easier for the judge to allow the adoption.
It's evil, twin track planning.

Concurrent Placements are permanent so teh children can bond with the adoptive family. I agree with the fact that children need a secure attachment/bond but if they are going to give parents a fighting chance they should place as many in parent & child placements.

You can win, your baby is worth fighting for. It's the hardest thing in the world right now but do not give up on this. Echoing the need to try find a mother/baby assessment unit. If you do the groundwork, get all the details, get it priced up etc and take it in front of the judge they'd have to have very good reasons to refuse it.

I have already been in a mother and baby unit but they sed in their mid-way report that I needed some extra time to carry on the progress I had made but SS refused to fund the extra time and made the mother and baby unit rush through their final report 2 weeks after their mid-way report on the fact that I was not getting the extra time. Also the pschologist has stated the assessment I had done at the Mother and Baby Unit at the time should not of been done because of the fact I had incorrectly treated postnatal depression.

The basis of this case is a story we see and hear too common these days, Krusty has never harmed her child, never done anything to suggest she's an unfit mother, been through one hell of a poor up bringing, been in care herself, the support staff and network she has is not acceptable for the SS, nor to the point they have no evidence to even justify the initial ICO, sadly Krusty had a shit hot Lawyer at the start, hence the M+B Unit, sadly as the Lawyer moved on, the muppets who followed afterwards did not even get off their backsides to help and assist Krusty.

The Only way the L.A could get their hands on the baby was to stop funding for the M+B unit, part of the ICO condition was the mother and baby stay together, the L.A decided to stop funding the placement two weeks before the court proceedings were due.

We have your case at hand now hopefully this week will show the powers that be just what sort of a mother you really are, there's a long, long road ahead, hang in there and you'll do just fine.
