Does anyone else understand what is happening with the new laws and are we actually getting less or more because of them
please can anyone help me to understand it all

as far as Im aware
experts, sw,s LAs etc have always been able to be named ...no statute law covering it
and judges could always alow the press in anyway at their discretion
