New C1 Form

New C1 Form

A new C1 form for court orders has been released.

This must be used from Dec 08, the only thing new I can see on the form are these words added to the top of the form:-


Cafcass/CAFCASS CYMRU will carry out checks as it considers necessary.
Cafcass - Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (in England); CAFCASS CYMRU - Children
and Family Court Advisory and Support Service Wales

So it's a rejig the letterheading?

Like the change of FCWS to CAFCASS... sorry, couldn't resist that, the target was too easy...

Lets hope the CYMRU branch of CAFCASS did not attend Welsh medium schools :P
