I saw this on the news last night - the prosecution neurologist that says there is no evidence and SBS is very difficult to prove. They can't be precise ever about when they injury occured or how it occured.
That means that in all SBS cases - the same logic applies.

The paediatrician had very different thoughts.

Do neurologists get involved in family court cases or is it just dodgy paediatricians who think they know it all?

I would trust a neurologist's opinion of a brain scan over a paediatricians opinion any day!

The thing is that this case could have landmark connotations for family courts surely.
