have never harmed my son he was taken into care at my request in july as i have no family because i suffered a breakdown over the loss of my 2 children to long term foster care.social services have never returned him and are trying to get him adopted despite asking for expert witnesses who both said he should be returned to my care.They have made me stay in a mother and baby unit for 11 months despite the psychiatrist who ran it saying there was no clinical need for me to be there they have falsified reports i actually have a court order staing this yet they have refused to correct their information.I am known as a very good mother by everyone who knows me including professionals in fact social services cannot fault my parentingI am seeking justice for my son who has a loving family to prevent him being taken by the state i have a suitcase full of evidence they fostered my two others on false information and i even have a court order from april last year stating they needed to correct it they still havent you have to help me now before ethan becomes another child snatched by the state
i also put a petition up in my local shop it was only there for 24 hrs as i was scared of ss finding it but got 44 neighbours who have signed

MY NEIGHBOUR WHO IS AN APPROVED FOSTER CARER BEGGED TO HAVE HIM AND THEY WOULDNT LET HER I WOKE NEXT DAY TO FIND THEY HAD PUT HIM WITH STRANGERS I HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THE CARERS HE WAS PLACED WITH DESCRIBED HIM AS BEING IMMACULATE AND I SHALL BE CALLING MY SOURCE AS A WITNESS I TOOK ATTEMPTS ON MY LIFE COS THEY TOOK MY KIDS AND SS HAVE TRIED TO USE THAT AGAINST ME BUT 2 PSYCHIATRISTS WHO THEY ASKED FOR REPORTS HAVE SAID IT IS A NORMAL REATION TO WHAT WAS A HUGE SIGNIFICANT STRESSOR AND THAT IT WAS MADE WORSE BY SOCIAL SERVICES PLACING MY SON IN CARE THEY HAVE EVEN DESCRIBED SS AS BEING RELENTLESS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO YEARS NOW

Oh my god Hun, You have been through the mill. I TRIED TO TAKE MY LIFE AT LEAST 4 TIMES as well, My psychiatrist said the same in as yours it was just a reaction to stress. My case has been going on for 8 years but different circumstances to yours but i do empathize with your situation. Mobaldy who comes on this forum is clued up with a lot of family law matters maybe he can help you he is very good. Please try and stay strong. And try to look after yourself while this is all going on . This is what SS and CAFCASS try to do break your spirit, But don't let them. FIGHT,FIGHT FIGHT , All the way.... Thankyou so much for your support if it wasnt for sites like this and fassit i dont know what id do.I will keep fighting but if i lose him i dont know what ill do im already dead inside.Its hard just to get from one day to the next i cant believe how its all covered up and the government just sit back and allow it to happen.I have contact today 2hrs a week supervised its a joke.They dropped it from three times a week have applied to court for contact order.If someone would take the time to sift through all my paper work i have them by the balls can prove they have lied have kept copies of everything including emails sent even taped them.

Yeah, we all sensed that baby p would cause a problem for innocent parents. The SS would fear the public response so go back to being kid snatchers.

They ignore neglect - which no one supports. Yet they let children starve to death, or be used as punch bags.

But take those children who are well cared for and loved.

Are there any court orders on the youngest child? From what I can tell, the child is in care with your agreement (Section 20 agreement). Am I correct?

That's what I read and wondered how the child got into care.

How old is the child that the child snatchers want to try to get adopted?

Where is the babies father?

How long has the child been on interim care orders?

Was the threashold criteria agreed or did the Judge have to hold a "finding of fact" hearing?

Why are the older 2 children in care? and is that threashold also being applied to the younger child?

his dad has just got out of prison we been split for 2 years as i left him when i was 3 months pregnant they are basing things on likelihood of emotional abuse
i was diagnosed last yr as having bpd but that is being reviewed as i was also diagnosed with pms and since treatment for that i have improved
i have done everything asked of me and i asked for help to protect my son from seeing me distressed when i lost my boys

Border line personality is a load of bollocks Hun. That's what they tried to diagnose me with. It is all made up psycho babble. They changed there tune in the end when they realised i wanted a second opinion, I knew it was stress due to the fact they were lying and stopping all contact with me and my son. Take no notice of there rubbish they throw at you its any excuse, GOD THEY MAKE ME SO ANGRY!!

How old is the baby?

and are you using a solicitor?
