i was misdiagnosed as bi polar which was later thrown out of court then i had diagnosis of bpd which may also be thrown out of court owing to the prostrap injections for pms as it says my bpd diagnosis is being reviewed in 6 months

Sadly there might never be justice for her; unless they'll include Serious Untoward Incidents from South Staffs NHS trust when investigating all those deaths from Mid Staffs NHS trust (Stafford Hospital).

Reading through the South Staffs NHS Trust's 2007 board meeting minutes would suggest they buried that investigation and the public never got the opportunity to hear it's findings or what actions the NHS trust felt necessary because of them. At first they didn't seem to concerned by the internal investigation and expected it to be finished quickly. But it kept going on and on and by the time it was ready several months later, they felt the need to make it confidential and therefore not discuss it in the public bit of the board meeting as planned. You don't do that unless something very wrong happened that shouldn't of. They tried to explain it away by saying it was to protect a 'service user' who might be identified with information in the report. Total crap. They could of blacked out the identifying information, just like with the recent politician's expenses. Or at the very least, mention the overall findings and actions of the report at the next meeting. As it was, the report didn't get mentioned again by the look ot it. The public non the wiser.

You know you got a good psychiatrist,the same as mine,giving you a good report,usually these have sway in court.

He said I was in recovery from bpd but it didnt affect my parenting and I coped well. He didnt buy the reports from ss that I wasnt coping(due to the fact I wrote to him and pointed all the lies in the reports).

You have been discharged from services. This is a good indicator.
