I have posted on my blog a letter from Jack Straw, I was concerned about the number of parents barred out of court with section 91/14 .
Also Caffcass have apologized for destroying our file.
The awards for MP of the year or excuse of the year should be nominated on facebook .
Please let us share all of the excuses why under data of protection we can not access the information which we the people in society want to know.
Just how many families have been given this draconian law which is said to be rarely used.
I have met so many people with this order especially parents fighting
adoption.
