1. Your ISP may give you a free amount of webspace with your broadband.

2. Use a free blogger account.
You can write, upload pics (not of him).

3. Create free youtube videos.
I'll upload them under my account.

4. Facebook. Start a facebook group - and scan for others that are anti CAFCASS, anti SS, or supporters of Fran Lyon.

If you have a windows operating system then you have the software to make youtube video's installed already.
It's called windows moviemaker.

Vista os.
start > all programs > windows movie maker

Free blogger account

Shout out if you need any assistance.

Getting viewers to see your site is the big problem.

Youtube video's has a mainstream appeal, so it's easy for people to find you.

You want everyone to find you easily.

Hope that helps.

Sorry, one last point.

Make sure that your ISP is based outside of the UK. That way the SS have to apply for a court order in another country. And secret courts won't like that - as it forces them to go public.

Secondly if you buy a website domain, arrange for "cloaking" of your details.

normally a website will list your name and contact address - and a global search under whois will reveal it's you.

You pay an extra $10 say for GoDaddy to hide your name.

Then deliberately go to a second non UK company to host the site (make it live on the web).
Forcing the SS to go international and public. Just make life difficult for them.

Lastly, keep back ups of your webpages. Email them to me, or burn copies to CD. I'll upload them via the Ukraine or the pirate bay, who openly state they will never comply with a court take down order. Use the Pirate bay to upload official documents, or photos. They are backed up in several countries. And will never comply with UK court orders.

We, the PEOPLE!!

Civil rights, has arrived in the UK.

If your new to the whole idea of hosting a site etc then secrets has offered the best advice.

If your going for something more advanced buy:

A domaiin from http://www.namecheap.com & enable whois guard.

Hosting from http;//www.jaguarpc.com (TX based hosting)

Then edit the DNS of the domain to point to your host.

Get a free web template or script such as wordpress then install that on your hosting space.

You'll be ready to go then.

Can you post onto your own site when setup pictures and details of your grandchildren who are not adopted yet but being fast tracked as we speak and in care proceedings?

You can post pictures and photo's, no problem.
however if the ISP (internet service provider) is say BT or any UK company, the LA will obtain a "take down" order - to take your website down.
So make sure the domain you buy your website from is NOT based in the UK, and critically the company that "hosts" the site, or makes is live, is outside of British law. Make the SS's life as difficult as you can.

The best site for public awareness is youtube.
Make a video. (Free software in windows operating system, so it's all free). But I've had 3 video's taken down, so youtube will comply with an LA request.

The authorities are very upset, about identifying the children (names or photos) - and rather than go to court, they pick up the phone and threaten the ISP, if they can. So have an ISP in Texas or the Ukraine, or the PirateBay in Sweden, just to confuse them.
Cloak your name and details when you buy the domain name - it costs extra, but you don't want "whois" detailing your home phone.... as that makes it easy for the LA to see it's you - and they take that into court as evidence.. so cloak - it costs the same price as the domain name itself, so it will double your costs, but will pay for itself.
Don't buy the domain and host it at the same company **critical line that**
So the domain will be "cloaked" by godaddy in the USA, but hosted by the piratebay in sweden (who are die hard libertarians, and vowed to go to jail before they comply with a take down order).

For the best laugh in ages - hours of tears rolling down your face, view the pirate bay legal threats section. I'm warning you - it's funny!!

Here's an example of SEGA trying to threaten an ISP (the pirate bay).

This gives a cause of action and jurisdiction to sue you in the UK. Our client would then proceed to enforce the UK judgement against you in Sweden.

Dear Prokaryote(s),

Please sue me in Japan instead. I've always wanted to visit Tokyo.
Also, I'm running out of toilet paper, so please send lots of legal documents
to our ISP - preferably printed on soft paper.
No, but seriously. That's simply not how international law enforcement
works. Using the same logic, a country where web sites are forbidden could
press charges against you for having one.

Some one bought me a domain ,outside of the country . They are going to transfer me over somewhere else as: I try and start a global data base fro adopted children to contact birth families.
Please do not think I want your genetic data . It is a basic idea of a contact for fast tracking biological families in cases of emergencies.

The courts will have a hell of a time tracking this . some thing along th elines of genes reunited.
Please keep a DNA sample of your child hair saliva test something to test it is the same person you are giving your details out to in the future.

Should the adopted person or child become critically ill at least a donor could be found who is not listed on a NHS or a NAtional data -base.
This needs to be a global dat-base due to trends of families leaving the country rather than face trial here in a Kangeroo Court.

Freewebs is dead easy... if you can type in this forum, you can type up your web site in freewebs - as all the design is taken care of for you.
So that's an excellent idea.
