I would just like to give a big hello to our own Local Authority and Guardian Ad Litem who are now reading the threads on this board,

I welcome you to this board, I would say happy reading, maybe you could join and give out some advice to help the many distressed families and their cases on this board.

But if You are on here snooping, are you the same people who keep hacking into my emails, and not so long ago were monitoring our phone calls, All you have to bloody do is just ask, as long as you have the right court orders you can have anything your heart desires, one exception to that though, my children are not yours for the taking.

Might I make a few suggestions to other sites as well, just join up and I'll let you know the best ones to look at.

Other boards have used a way of finding out the snoops and a group of members could trace them and then delete them.

I don't thin there are many cases where some print outs of a person have been given to a Judge and the Judge asked to make an order.

But there are massive Libertarian and civil rights underground networks that will bypass all small minds.

They print your posts off to try to claim that you are disclosing confidential info to the public. If you happen to be in court watching the LA (usually) complain to the Judge about the postings, you get the impression that the LA are acting like a bunch of nagging school children in the playground.

I know of 3 cases where the Judge ordered the parent(s) to remove some internet post/document or picture. One of the 3 cases left the contents of their posts on the internet. Most Judges aren't to bothered unless the post is particularly obvious to the person posting it. The general consensus is that you have a profile name (not your own) and the content of the post is anonomised.

That is not correct. I may speak to the press as much as I want.( I have a court order that states my speaking out is in the public interest) ..solely that they don't report our surname and location.

I have a court order...which as myself and solicitor have stated...I have appeared on TV 3 times, in the press as a direct quote 4 times, and certain papers publish my comments knowing who I am....

Maybe I am 'lucky'? Anything done under the name of TC or my own site can not be deemed of 'breach of order' as I have one that says I can tell it all....except for my actual name.
Heck, Hemming tried to publish my name here! I don't mind people seeing my name or my face....but I have children to protect.

Perhaps you should learn a few skills NPR...like being a parent, how not to conspire to steal from people, and how do become an upstanding person.

I wasn't referring to you. It sounds like you are more of an exception. In any event, some people have made progress but most people don't have the time or funds to micromanage all parts of their court case.

Sarah White got permission from the Judge to name almost everyone in her case.

The rules have relaxed a bit recently but the LA still try to use people's public postings against a parent. Note....TRY. I haven't seen any LA TRY to make an issue about a parent's postings since April though and it's to soon to comment.

If the snoops want to check out a persons online activities why don't they have the assertion skills to simply request a print out of the threads from the individual concerned?

It is a well known fact that any individual may discuss their case with any person/organisation who is advising them re the matter of their legal proceedings, therefore the individual may legally post such details on this forum, where they will recieve such legal advice from others.

i am one of the people who had there post handed to the judge
ss get it by finding out your user name (in my case that was through my email address's.go to all post by that person and print them off)
