I have just been on Facebook and found my son has posted a photo on his profile. I knew he was there for some time and did not send a message .
This time when I saw his photo I left him a message .Hi how are you doing?

I waited then 2 days later he confirmed me , I missed him by 13 minutes. He was in had a look around and deleted me.
I think the reason for this is his step sister and my ex will see me if he adds me.
Later on today my ex partner sent a friends request to my eldest son. He used the name we would recognise.He had on a base -ball hat and sunglasses on doing the 2 fingers up !!

At the moment the case is going to Criminal with this family being done for fraud .I have been told it is a custodial. With regret matters have had to come to this and lessons have to be learned.What starts in the Family Courts can end up in the Criminal courts at some stage. As we all know the Kangeroo Court is a free for all for perjury. I am sure in a recession however that the fraud department will take action.
My ex -partner said he was working and had land in Spain. It transpires he was on long term benefit for drink re-lated epilepsy. The LA used his complaint of no contact for 4 months .Well how do you give contact to some itinerant worker? Who turns up when sober?
His ex -wife who gave evidence is also being investigated for fraud. The ex wife who went on to Obtain a council dwelling through the refuge /Women's Aid .She told Judge Mac Gregor that it was "her who was violent not him".
The public documents for her divorce cited DV , I referred to these and her oral evidence, I would say she will have to confirm the facts , she can not play the DV card when it suits her.
When people lie in evidence and are being recorded, a social worker has a duty to let the DWP know about this. Please also read carefully the legal aid forms. You may end up if found out paying this back too.
I have wrote to the judge asking for directions for release of the oral evidence.

The GMC are investigating and got an order to pull the transcribes.
Now then let us see the family and SS /Caffcass undo all the emotional harm and bull crap now........

I found my adopted brother on facebook and apparently a woman who had son adopted found him 20 years later on FB.

SS will find that parents can trace their children on fb and its a weapon that they can't defeat.

Avenger , this is it they can not control the speed and the whole of the entire social networking system.
The journalist are crawling and trawling all over us on there.
I am so delighted for everyone who has found a lost loved 1 it is just a matter of time.
My ex can try it on but I would not even bother going there as they do not know who I know and who has seen what they have done.
