I have to say I prefer the journalist route. Getting the stories into the public domain does far more damage to the institutions like the judiciary, and the ministry of justice.

These guys don't care about us, but they do care about their reputations.

So that's where we strike out - dish their reputations, drag them into the public arena - and make the fight transparent.
Expose their tactics to public scrunity.

That is what they fear most.

Your right - I see very little point in demonstrations unless the numbers are likely to be huge.

There should be huge support amongst the people on this issue but getting them organised etc is too problematic, shaming these crooks would be the best route via the media.

There are dozens of demos in London every day. If you were to contemplate a demo, you need something original - somewhere to gather that no-one had thought of before.

So how about a demo at Liberty's London office? Now that would get Press and media attention; a civil liberties org getting protesters from...civil libertarians! How incredibly embarrassing would that be?

And it would send notice to Liberty - with it's support for the Secret Courts that it and it's generation of liberals-turned-fascist are ended - that the new civil liberty protest generation have sprung from the family support organizations.

I can think of three national newspapers who would definately send reporters and cameramen to such an event. The Guardian, Independent and the BBC would try to censor it but CNN, ITV and Sky News certainly wouldn't.

And then in the afternoonafter dinner, just the same again, but this time outside Amnesty UK's office - protesting secret imprisonments in England and Wales supported by Kate Allen.

Oh the fun we could have!

The demonstrations that would have some effect woudl be petitions of events promoting forced adoptions.

Not a lot of people. but handing out leaflets.

how about a guide book for social workers etc on what is acceptable behaviour and maybe the actual meaning of the word professional could be added.

yes thats the trouble it all has to happen up London as often attitude is it just doesnt count otherwise - and the message just gets lost.

Ill see what I can do about the numbers thing for the impact. It might take me a while. About 600 would be a good figure wouldn,t it. But somewhere other than LONDON.

JH has the right idea, they are always advertising Adoption conferences and events on AUK. Can you believe they actually set up stalls with pictures of children on them so prospective adopters can talk to the kids SW. ``Shudder``

TM, good idea, maybe we can have a stall with pictures of kids that have been snatched and as long as we dont name them and use words like Child A, Child B etc, please do not adopt these children they were forcibly adopted by the Courts, we have never given our permission for them to be adopted. Forced Adoption must stop now.

It only took a few at each demonstration over the past couple of years to get a result in the courts to listen.

We need a change in the LAW and the public to know more about the forced adoption issue and for them to know that there only 3 countries in Europe that do this and the UK is one of them. Why can all the other countries have a different system yet ours is a final act that can't be overturned.
