COA - 3rd time lucky

Postby UKSecretCourt1 on Wed Sep 23, 2009 9:00 pm

COA lost all my documents again.

So refiling for 7th October at 2pm.

The judge sat there with no papers and my hearing listed. He wanted to know what I was there for!!
They've "lost" my papers since July.

Then they started telling me that once you've appealed and lost that the end of it. So I said "oh, john hemming said that it was better as then it meant that we could go to the ECHR", so refusing my appeal is better for me.

I have NEVER seen a listings office shift attitude so fast.

So Jerry, they can't list hearings in the afternoon - but they have for us. Now they've broken the rules for us, as we hae so FAR to travel we have a 2pm start time in court.
7th October, excluding Tues/Thursdays for us.
And instead of 3 copies she's given me 4 copies just in case.

JH = your name is worth its wait in gold!!

Hi UKSecrets

The COA was almost on the ball the first time. I wrote to listings and they passed info to L J and I was give a hearing not before 2:00 pm to allow for travel, etc. Then second time round hearing was accommodated for afternoon. They were good first time. They found that there was no hearing before a judge in whose name an order was printed, stamped and served - they did not say I had lied, etc. Now, the second appeal of mine awaits hearing the application and this time with teh same case manager the papers have gove amiss!! I think it might be tactics so that more can be done and ordered in the case and they can have more orders and judgement against us.

We are back incourt and things are getting more frighteninng as judges not happy that lies in his courst have been exposed - yet no public apology or anything. Only for the first hearing afetr appeal the barrister was not there and not even at her old chambers any more - thoug with another chambers!

Janeja, it's great to see you back!

The COA/RCJ can't lose court papers like this. i thought it was just my bad luck, but for this to happen to both of us, well that's unheard of.
Either they're incredibly incompetent or it's a delaying tactic.

At least on this forum, by sharing info, we're getting a heads up on their SCAMS!!
And you've made me feel a lot better to know this isn't just me.
