In Cardiff Crown Court at 12.30pm it was announced by the court recorder that Maurice Kirk was in the building. This caused much surprise and consternation amongst the CPS legal team since nobody it seemed expected him to appear. A thick red book was brought out so that they could hastily check up on the details of section 35 of the mental health act. It was discussed whether the judge would want to see Maurice or send him back to his cell, the recorder was sent to broach the subject with Judge Llewellyn Jones.

Judge Jones it seems is a brave man. He agreed to see Maurice and allow him his time in court. Eyebrows were elevated all round.


Maurice was eventually summoned, appearing in a black www.kirkflyingvet t-shirt and prison tracksuit bottoms. He looked very gaunt and had to be assisted to his place by the prison guards. Sporting the same gray beard that he'd cultivated when under FBI guard inTexas last year, he was able to acknowledge us with a quick wink.

Maurice argued that the psychiatric report submitted by Dr Tegwen Williams, although dated 3rd August, was based on an assessment (or lack of one) carried out earlier (23rd July). Maurice requested/demanded that Dr Tegwen Williams confirmed his opinion under oath in court. Maurice clearly thought that today's hearing was to be a bail application rather than a hearing during which he would be sectioned. He made it clear that he would continue to refuse food in protest.

Maurice put forward his case forcefully: anyone who knows Maurice would recognise that, although physically weak, his mental faculties are functioning normally - despite not being given a copy of the psychiatric report until his arrival at court he was well able to quickly assimilate, process and objectively discuss its content. Unfortunately his frustration at his incarceration was evident. He queried why, considering that he is not the only person to have possessed the Lewis machine gun during its history, he is the only person to have been charged.

Maurice was removed directly to Caswell Clinic for a period not exceeding 28 days. He can arrange an independent psychiatric examination and report at his expense. We would prefer him to be moved to a facility outside this Health Authority. We are looking into a mechanism by which we can appeal todays order.

So when the government don’t like free speech they believe it’s as simple as shutting you up.
All well and good when you are talking about a website like www.dwpcorruption.co.uk which has been shut down on no fewer than four occasions. But it is a different matter when you are talking about a human life or a member of the public.
Our thoughts are with Maurice Kirk who is completely sane and as become subject to being locked away in a mental institute in Wales with is case pending for the courts to make a decision as to tranquilise this guy and fill him full of s**t to basically shut him up as he, like many of us, continue to campaign to have his case eared in proper format in a proper court and not the kangaroo courts that are being used in circumstances of corrupt judiciary punishing people and stealing from the public in this country .
This is a recognised fact and it is being protected by MPs, judges, psychiatrists and people who are in that circle of Common Purpose graduates who collude with each other and protect corrupt fellow acquaintances who have conflicts of interest.
This labour government have big fear of this fact and fear of the brave people who they see as a threat this obviously the likes of Maurice Kirk.
Let’s continue this exposure of truth crawl right up Gordon Brown’s yellow vertebrae the corruption is such now people from all walks of life are coming forward and giving facts of malfeasance in government highlighting corruption deception fraud and every criminal offence across the board. People are talking of Masonic individuals involved in paedophilia in freemason lodges and cults that are associated with Common Purpose – yes that's right that secret charity that uses its secrecy excuse through the Chatham House rules.
We must be aware of the uproar this exposure will create and how we must expect the government to act against us as individuals.
I have had my house broken into and information stolen; my locks picked; I am regularly followed by government officials; I have had people sitting outside my house.
Also my children are followed to school and lots more of this is to be expected as part of government harassment to stop free speech and new websites opening up like our site www.dwpcorruption.co.uk dealing with political corruption.

Maurice Kirk (completely sane) has just rung me from a Stalinist 'Mental Hospital' in South Wales. He is to be in Cardiff Crown Court at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Thursday 1st October) & believes they are intending to get permission to start forcible injections to turn him into a zombie.
He hopes as many people as possible will attend.

can anbody help Maurice Kirk out he is up in court on the 26 oct he says he will pay for ANYONE to come to the court and support him aswell as putting people up for the night in a hotel, so if anyone fancies a trip to Cardiff expenses paid, he will pay for a renta crowd. i understand a friend of his was shouting at the judge the last time they were there so it could make for a very exciting experience. I would love to go, but cant.
